Course Summary

This is a KRI Level 2 training for certified (L1) Kundalini Yoga teachers taking place in a unique environment of Hatu Yoga Manor in Estonia as a residential on 2-7th of July 2019.
It does not matter how long you live, what matters is how ALIVE and VITAL you are in each moment.
This course provides the opportunity to look closely how you react and cope with stress in your life to build a firm foundation of vitality, to have a clear mind and live a fulfilled life.
Vitality is the capacity of the nervous and glandular system to respond and adapt. It is also a sign of a harmonious relationship to the vastness of the cosmos and its laws.
In this 50 hour course we will:
– Investigate the mechanism of stress, identify your stress and tools to reduce stress
– Find out what is Cold Depression and the ways to heal it
– Increase our vitality and recognise consciousness as the core of our vitality
– Identify and drop the beliefs which limit us
– Build up your caliber to face the challenges and pressure of life
– Deepen your understanding of the science of Kundalini Yoga and the way to apply it & teach it

Jivan Mukta, PhD

Jivan Mukta PhD. was born in Chile. He is a Lead Trainer of Kundalini Yoga and a traveling teacher, trainer and counselor.

In the earlier moments of his journey he spontaneously experienced transformative events that stimulated his path to provide healing. In 2005 he was inspired by Yogi Bhajan to do this type of service “out of love”, a key ingredient of all healing work and spiritual guidance.

In 2012 Jivan Mukta designed and launched “Meditative Healing Program™” that is accredited by IKYTA (the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association) as a Specialty course. This program has already served the destinies of students of healing in over five countries in Europe in the last years.

Jivan Mukta is also trained as a Political Scientist and Historian in his home country, as well as a Doctor in Study of Religions in the University of Helsinki. He has also published several articles on spirituality, yoga and healing.

He is married and a father of two children and from 2011 he has been part of several projects to teach Kundalini Yoga & spiritual living for men. In 2015 he developed the education Total Man Training™ also accredited by IKYTA and first launched in China and Estonia.

Sadhana Singh

Sadhana Singh together with his wife Puran Sukh Kaur founded the Waldzell Leadership Institute. The institute offers trainings, consulting services and individualized programs for companies, designed to bring excellence and full self-realization by accessing our deepest innate resources through cleansing the subconscious mental and emotional patterns that block us.

Sadhana Singh is committed to bring the mission of the yoga Master Harbhajan Singh Khalsa to the wider public, especially into the environment of education and business. He focuses on the Kundalini Yoga branch of “The Science of Mind and Humanology for Leadership and Success”, which he structured and developed into trainings for different target groups. In corporations “The Science of Mind and Humanology for Leadership and Success” is delivered through specialized and individually designed corporate exertiveness programs as well as the intense leadership training “Psychology of Excellence”.

During the last years, Sadhana Singh has taught university master courses on “Leadership and Success” in public and private universities in Italy – IUSM (Italian University of Sport and Movement), LUISS, (Guido Carli Private University of Economics and Political Science) – and abroad: Catholic University of Lima, Peru, Faculty of Economics, University of Quito, Ecuador.

His in-depth study and research in the field of Kundalini Yoga has also inspired him as an author of more than 10 titles.

Recently, Sadhana Singh and his wife also founded AEQUANIME, wich provides a triple combination of solutions targeted at having a balanced life, the key for a perfect interaction between body, mind and spirit. It offers a “triangulation” of interconnected methods working on the respective human levels: Know-how: attitudes, approaches. Technique: exercises, breathing, meditation, diet. Formulae: nutritional supplements of natural functional food.

Course fees

The total Training fee is 910EUR (Includes teaching fees, accommodation, meals, administration, teacher’s travels costs and accommodation, course material, teacher training manuals and other general services)
Total fee is 990EUR if registered after 2nd of May 2019;
The registration fee is 300EUR and it is non-refundable. Registration fee is to be paid right after registration (an invoice is sent by email after registration).

The remaining 610/690 EUR is to be paid by 2nd of July 2019 latest at the Venue.
Accommodation options are:
1. Romantic attic of the Manorhouse (dormitory).
2. Nearby questhouse (15 min to drive by car). Rooms for 2, 3, 4 persons.
3. Tent in the Manor park (under ancient lindentrees, dating up to 400 years back)

Hatu Yoga manor is 55 km from Tallinn border.
It takes 1 hour to drive from Tallinn port of airport.
We can organize a pickup as well for 50€. There is an option for a public bus to Harju-Risti station, the stop is 5 km from the Venue, from there we can organise a pickup.
