Stress-free zone is an intensive of Kundalini Yoga so you will experience kriya, meditations and mantras suitable for regaining and maintaining your hormonal balance. With a simple individual test, you will be able to discover the signals sent by your body and acquire a deep understanding of your glandular system. You will learn how little changes in your lifestyle and diet can bring a significant change in your psycho-physical-emotional condition and give you a less stress and a joyful and stressfree life.
